FAQs

VAC providers see patients in office by appointment only on Tuesdays from (9AM-5PM) and Saturdays (9AM-3PM).

Our telehealth and concierge services are available for patients residing in Maryland and Northern Virginia. If you reside outside of Maryland and Northern Virginia, VAC providers will not diagnose your condition or prescribe you medication.

We accept Aetna, CareFirst Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Medicare and Medicaid. We are working to add more insurance carriers. Self-pay patients will be charged a flat fee for telehealth and in-office visits.
